Announcing the 2nd Stay Strong virtual charity race by Precision Race. The event takes place from April 16-30 and includes 1 mile, 5K and 10K virtual race options that you can run on your own - outdoors or on a treadmill.

There are plenty of virtual races right now, but here's what makes the Stay Strong race different: 100% of the registration fees paid by runners to participate will go to the participating non-profits. Precision Race is organizing this event to give back to our community and give you the opportunity to help local non-profits.
How does it work? 3 Easy Steps:
- Register any time between April 16 - April 30. During registration you will choose one of several non-profits. 100% of your registration fee will go to that non-profit. That’s right, 100%. We are not doing this to make money – we are doing this to let runners in our community help local non-profits during these challenging times.
- NOTE: In addition to choosing your race charity, please also add yourself to that charity's TEAM. That will allow the charity to see how many runners have selected them and create some competition between those running for each race charity.
- Run the distance you registered for any time between April 16 – May 1. You may run outdoors or on a treadmill. Note: All current local municipality Stay at Home orders allow us to run outdoor (observing Social Distancing guidelines).
- Submit your Time.
- Use our free "IYR Virual" mobile app which will track your run, notify you when you have completed your run distance, and automatically upload your time into the race results. If you downloaded version 1.0.0 of the app, please update it to version 1.1.1 before you run.
- You could also time your run on your own (with a watch, GPS or an app like MapMyRun or Strava) and then manually enter your time in the race results. Using the app just makes the process EASY!
Bonus: Runners who submit their time by May 1 will be entered into a drawing for “door prizes”.

MS Events raises funds for the fight against Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
Submit your run time:
Use the free
IYR Virtual app or record your run time and manually enter it in the race results for your distance.
Using the free IYR Virtual app:

Now just run. The app will notify you when you have completed your race distance and then automatically upload your time into the online race results.
If you prefer not to use the easy IYR Virutal app you can time your race and enter your results manually:
1.
CLICK HERE to go to the Stay Strong results page, then select the results for your distance (1 mile, 5K or 10K). The ItsYourRace results page for your distance will appear.
2. Find your name in the results for your distance. With you name you will see an "
Update Time" button. Click "UpdateTime".
3. If you are not currently logged into ItsYourRace, a login window will appear.
Log in using your ItsYourRace user id (probably your email address) and password. Can't remember ? Click "Forgot Your Password" to reset.
4.
Enter your time and click the "Save Your Time" button.
That's it!
